Responsibilities: * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs * Prospect and contact potential customers * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments * Writing complete orders and processing paperwork * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships. * Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership. * You must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experience * Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must. * Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills. * Must hold a valid driver's license.
