Responsibilities

: As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Monitoring and following up with potential customers via phone and email. Calling to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed. Following up on missed appointments to reschedule and address customer needs. Coordinating all incoming leads, including scheduling appointments for the showroom. Assisting customers with inquiries about our products and services. Ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing solutions. Collaborating with the sales and service teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Managing administrative tasks related to customer interactions and appointments. Utilizing computer systems to track and manage leads and applications. Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals.

Qualifications

: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with automotive sales and service is a plus. Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
