A well-established limited-service hotel is seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant General Manager (AGM) with a focus on Sales to help oversee daily operations and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys both team leadership and business development.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and team supervision
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and clients to drive sales
• Respond to group inquiries, conduct site tours, and manage group reservations
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and efficient front desk operations
• Train, motivate, and support front-line staff
• Uphold brand and service standards throughout the property

Qualifications

:

• Prior hotel experience, including sales or operations, required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Must be flexible, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
