Full description of the position

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team and represent our brand across a network of retail dispensaries. This field-based role is all about building strong relationships, driving sell-through, and being the face of the brand at the store level. Key Responsibilities: * Store Visits: Regularly visit dispensaries in your territory to support product placement, build rapport with budtenders, and ensure proper merchandising. * Sales Support: Work closely with retail partners to drive sales and provide product knowledge and training to store staff. * Brand Representation: Be a brand ambassador--represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge. * Events & Demos: Support in-store events, product demos, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility. * Feedback Loop: Collect insights from retail partners and customers to share with the internal sales and marketing teams.
