Full description of the position

We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Cannabis Sales Representative to join our team and represent our brand across a network of retail dispensaries. This field-based role is all about building strong relationships, driving sell-through, and being the face of the brand at the store level.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Store Visits: Regularly visit dispensaries in your territory to support product placement, build rapport with budtenders, and ensure proper merchandising.
• Sales Support: Work closely with retail partners to drive sales and provide product knowledge and training to store staff.
• Brand Representation: Be a brand ambassador--represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep product knowledge.
• Events & Demos: Support in-store events, product demos, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
• Feedback Loop: Collect insights from retail partners and customers to share with the internal sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

:

• Prior sales experience, preferably in cannabis, CPG, or related fields
• Strong communication and people skills--comfortable talking to all types of customers and store teams
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to travel frequently across a defined territory
• Must meet all state and local requirements to work in the cannabis industry Perks:
