Job Title: Wellness Sales Associate Type of Position: Part-Time Compensation: $20hr + Commission + Bonus + Free Infrared Sauna Membership + Paid Training beem Light Sauna RiNo is Denver's modern destination for red light and infrared sauna therapy. We're seeking enthusiastic, wellness-minded individuals to join our team as a Wellness Sales Associate. This role blends front desk operations, exceptional customer service, and consultative sales within a clean, calm, high-end studio setting. You'll be the welcoming face and voice of the studio, supporting new guests through their first visits, guiding existing members back to their private suite for each session, and helping prospective members find the right membership package that fits their needs while recommending wellness products to all guests. Primary Responsibilities: * Customer Service & Front Desk Operations * Welcome guests and members with warmth, professionalism, and knowledge of our services * Guide members to their private infrared sauna or red light therapy suite and ensure they are properly set up for each session * Manage check-ins, appointment scheduling, account updates, payments, and general inquiries * Respond to phone, text, and email inquiries clearly and promptly * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, membership changes, and studio activity using internal systems * Sales & Membership Conversion * Promote and sell beem membership packages and retail products * Conduct new client tours and communicate the value of red light therapy and infrared sauna in a confident, clear manner * Execute all lead follow-up procedures and assist with in-studio promotions and campaigns * Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets through a client-first, consultative approach Who You Are: * Passionate about wellness and eager to share that passion with others * Confident in a sales environment and comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and product features * Friendly and professional, with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment * Prior experience in wellness, fitness, spa, hospitality, or retail is a plus--but not required Why Join the beem Team?
