Brown Bag Beverage is a leading craft beverage wholesaler and we are experiencing explosive growth. We are seeking a hard-working, motivated, and driven individual to be our a Craft Beverage Account Manager. This is a position that will report directly to the Sales Manager. 100% of your time will be spent in the field throughout San Diego focused on growing the distribution, volume, and visibility of our craft beverage brands. This opportunity is for individuals with the following qualifications: 1) Minimum 3 years' experience in the alcoholic beverage industry at the retail, wholesale or supplier level. Candidates with existing market relationships will be considered first. 2) Highly motivated and goal oriented. 3) Desire to compete and grow in a fast-paced environment. 4) Organized, with excellent time management skills. 5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6) Thrives on building positive relationships. 7) Ability to work with little supervision while achieving company objectives. 8) Clean driving record, valid driver's license, and own vehicle.
Responsibilities
include: 1) Making professional, in person sales calls to both established and prospective accounts. 2) Presenting new products to potential buyers in an effort to grow business. 3) Establishing a comprehensive knowledge of the spirits portfolio. 4) Educating the market on our spirits products through presentations to the trade and the public. 5) Growing sales in established accounts while always prospecting new accounts- especially in the On Premise channel. 6) Building brands and boosting sales through the use of professionally created POS materials. 7) Collaborating & working in the field alongside our sales reps and suppliers. 8) Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. 9) Regular reporting on progress to senior management and ownership. 10) Attending regular company sales meetings via Zoom and as conditions permit, in person.
Compensation
will be based on prior experience. Knowledge & understanding of spirits, passion for growing sales, and a willingness to focus on company goals are keys to success in this position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $107,500.00 per year
