This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and the ability to analyze market trends to meet client needs. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' technical needs. * Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, industry trends, and service enhancements. * Drive business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and expanding existing accounts. Experience * Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in technology or technical sales. * Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales activities. * Excellent analytical skills to evaluate market data and make informed decisions. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results for clients.
