G60 Ambassadors play a very critical role at GRIT60 Fitness as the first line of contact with our new and current members. WHAT GRIT60 FITNESS HAS TO OFFER YOU * Supportive environment of career progression * Leadership growth and training * Opportunity to be part of a community and reach your fitness goals * Work in a fun, fast paced, exciting environment that a go-getter will thrive in * The fulfillment of facilitating growth in others and watching them reach their goals * The excitement of making a difference in the lives of our members * Opportunity to not just execute an existing strategy but be a part of improving it * A leadership philosophy of pouring into our team to be able to properly serve our members ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and build a strong sense of community at your G60 location * Work the front desk and execute an elite client experience, complete sales process efficiently while also performing tasks related to upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility * Execute client follow-up leveraging our CRM systems * Set team up for success by properly preparing and communicating goals for the day, including prepping trainers for first time visitors and progress on team goals, * Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction * Sales, Follow-up and Membership Tracking responsibilities will include data integrity as it relates to agreements and member's account info, updated billing information, email, SMS and other types of communication with prospects and clients. * Remerchandise the retail center based on direction set forward in protocol * Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within G60 standards for any client issues with memberships, retail, etc. * Capture content for social media based on a pre-determined social calendar, as well as generate proposals that will improve content posted on different channels. Coordinate with all G60 Ambassadors / Member Services Associates to guarantee all members, camps and trainers are represented on our social channels * Primarily responsible for membership sales as well as upselling secondary revenue items such as retail * Responsible for aligning with leader on sales and performance KPIs, and follow up/support other team members to achieve or surpass targets through a sense of ownership, leadership and team effort * Spearhead communication between leader, trainers and other G60 Ambassadors / Member Service Associates to ensure team alignment on sales targets processes and execution, client experience execution as well as well as social media content creation and editing. * Collaborate with team and leader to plan and execute any new initiatives including but not limited to new promotions, joint ventures, grass roots marketing, retail purchase planning QUALIFICATIONS * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of members * Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator * Able to easily learn and navigate software systems and maintain accurate records * Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written communication. * Have a high level of understanding of social media * Sales proficient and highly inclined to reaching targets * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized, while having high attention to detail and follow through * Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills * Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable in uncomfortable situations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid training Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: * Commission pay Experience: * Sales Occupations: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Preferred) * Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person * Role requires candidate to be able to lift up to 25 pounds of free weights and heavy equipment.
