Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise, a business development background, and excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate and analyze market opportunities. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize NetSuite for tracking sales activities and customer relationships. * Lead negotiations with clients to close deals. * Meet sales goals and objectives. Skills : * Previous B2B sales experience in medical, dental or pharmaceutical fields preferred. * Proven ability in business development and technical sales. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM software is required. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the sales team.
