Duties

: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges Experience: - Previous retail sales experience preferred - Familiarity with cash register operation and cash handling - Strong knowledge of retail math and point-of-sale (POS) systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in a smoke shop a plus but not required As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding products, operating the cash register, stocking shelves, and maximizing sales through upselling. Previous retail sales experience is preferred, along with knowledge of cash register operation, retail math, and POS systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to speak multiple languages are also desirable.
