Responsibilities * Engage in warm calling to identify and connect with prospective clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met. * Communicate effectively the features and benefits of our software solutions to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets. * Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. Qualifications * Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills in English. * Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with software solutions and their applications in various industries. * Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales goals. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
