We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced in home Sales Representative to join our dynamic home improvement team! If you have a passion for remodeling and are eager to help homeowners transform their spaces, this is the perfect fit for you. What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Home Improvement Sales (required).
• Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodels is a must.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to set and achieve personal sales goals.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology. Other

Qualifications

:

• Construction knowledge and experience with residential remodels.
• HIS License from the State of California.
• High level of professionalism when dealing with clients and team members.
• PC and iPad proficient. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Personal Sales Production : Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and offer customized solutions for kitchen and bath remodels.
• Client Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project process.
• Lead Managemen t: Assist in managing leads to ensure timely follow-up and smooth project coordination. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work alongside the sales and project teams to ensure the successful completion of all remodeling projects. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
