We are expanding and looking for Field Sales Specialists who would be responsible for being the liaison between clients, insurance adjusters, and our in-house contracting team. We are seeking dependable, professional and results-oriented sales professionals to represent the company in a residential setting. The right candidate will be responsible for organizing the project profile in the CRM. This allows us to continue our growth as a company and increase our company workflow and volume. Main responsibilities of a Field Sales Specialist: * Responsible for setting the initial appointment at clients home via neighborhood canvassing * Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients to promote services through neighborhood canvassing * Extremely comfortable with ladders and being on roofs * Advocating on clients behalf with the insurance adjuster due to storm damage * Performing roof inspections * Managing customer profile and CRM efficiently * Collecting deposits and final checks from clients to ensure job completion and client satisfaction Qualifications and Skills: * Minimum of 1 year in door to door sales OR 1 year in residential roofing * Task master and Detail oriented (organized) * Excellent negotiation skills to close deals, drive revenue growth, and handle customer objections * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers * Love working with customers face to face * Ability to work quickly and multi task * Excellent communication and people skills * The ability to work with different styles of people and effectively build rapport Training will be provided, but must be a "people person" and highly motivated, friendly and coachable.
