Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Hours and days needed are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10am-6pm. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed. * Assist in inventory management, including receiving new stock and conducting regular stock checks. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. * Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. * Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. * Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends(Saturday only) as required. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer service capabilities. * Basic understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial for managing transactions accurately. * A friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
