We can't wait to continue sharing dreams and beauty with you. We are looking for enthusiastic and easygoing hosts to join our TikTok live- streaming sales. You will host the live stream on our official TikTok account to present and introduce our lashes to TikTok viewers around the world. *Role & Responsibilities: Live Streaming: * Host live sessions on TikTok for 4-8 hours daily. * Showcase our lashes by wearing them and engaging with viewers. * Foster a positive and interactive environment to enhance our brand image. Sales and Promotion: * Utilize your fashion and beauty expertise to promote our products. * Apply effective sales techniques to boost sales during live streams. * Earn commission based on your sales performance. Demonstrations: * Show viewers how to apply our lashes correctly. * Provide tips and tricks for achieving the best look with our products. Audience Engagement: * Respond to viewer questions and comments in real-time. * Build a loyal and engaged community by connecting with your audience. Requirement: * Camera Confidence: Must be confident and comfortable in front of a camera. * Eyelash Expertise: Deep knowledge of eyelash application and styling. * Retail Experience: Experience in fashion and beauty retail sales is preferred. * Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media and live stream sales; being a TikTok influencer is a plus. * Industry Knowledge: Strong passion and extensive knowledge of the fashion and beauty industry. * Enthusiasm and Energy: Must be enthusiastic, energetic, and engaging.
