Amerihome Healthcare, a second generation, family-owned medical and non-medical private duty home care company in Palm Beach and Broward County, is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team! This position is dedicated to driving sales growth through targeted business development and effective sales strategies. Experience in geriatric healthcare or senior communities is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with an established network in the Palm Beach County area or Broward County. Qualifications: * Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining community and professional contacts within the healthcare market. * 2+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care or long-term care. * Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. * Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to diverse audiences. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend networking events. * Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, including the roles of physicians, hospitals, assisted living/skilled nursing facilities, and case management in long-term care. * Strong presentation skills with the confidence to engage and inspire audiences. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. * Successful completion of a Level II background screening in accordance with state regulations.
