Impression Imaging is seeking a dedicated Sales and Educational Representative to join our team as a key liaison between our medical facility and the referring offices we support. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Daily Office Visits: Visit 20-40 physician offices per day to deliver medical reports, pick up consent forms, and provide personalized service.
• Educational Outreach: Explain imaging studies to referring office staff and address any questions to ensure a clear understanding of our services.
• Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between ordering offices and our technologists, facilitating effective communication to enhance the patient experience.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues as they arise and work with ordering offices to coordinate patient appointments and transportation.
• Documentation: Record detailed notes during and after each visit to prepare comprehensive daily reports on interactions and feedback.
