AVADirect Custom Computers, a recognized and growing leader in the custom computer industry, is seeking to recruit a Computer Sales Representative for individuals that posses knowledge and passion for computer hardware. Our Twinsburg, Ohio location offers a specialized sales position that will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding sales and support. Providing outstanding customer service, working with other departments to execute client expectation (while selling our products), and providing expert knowledge to customers in regards to their purchases. This position includes the opportunity for expansive growth based on the performance of the individual. The indicated commission structure includes no ceiling; the potential of the individual dictates the yearly result of the salary! This is a position for anyone who wants to make a career out of a life-long hobby. Pay for this position is hourly PLUS commission. Candidates can expect to make $15,000 to $20,000+ extra a year in commission. This position is a hybrid remote/office role. Some work will be required to be done in office. Responsibilities * Accurately inspect, investigate, and process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, warranties, and upgrades. * Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customer's profitability profiles. * Assist customers in product availability, parts compatibility, and price changes. * Actively reach out to customers to obtain feedback on our policies, website, products, and services. * Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability. * Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction. * Communicate status updates on customer requests. * Answering incoming phone calls, chats, and emails while providing a high level of satisfaction to customers. * Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints. * Serve as the primary contact for customers to answer all technical and sales requests. * Support the sales team by providing expert technical knowledge on PC related requests. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PC industry trends, technologies, PC hardware and software components. Qualifications * Extensive knowledge and understanding of PC hardware components, software, and compatibility. * Strong professional verbal and written communication skills. * Strong skills in sales and customer service. * Ability to be courteous and attentive to the customer's needs while maintaining proper phone and email etiquette. * Proactive, self-disciplined and able to work in both teams and independently. * Ability to work under time constraints. * Expert computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and multi-line telephone systems. * Possesses excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information. * Specialized technical knowledge in industry fields for PCs/Laptops/Servers/Gaming/Etc. * High School Diploma or GED * 2+ years of proven sales experience as a consistent performer. * 2+ years of proven technical PC hardware knowledge in a related field.
