We are looking for a dynamic and organized bilingual professional to join our team as an Office & Customer Support / Business Development Associate. This role blends customer service, administrative support, and light business development duties, perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and ensure prompt, professional support
• Assist with general office operations and coordination
• Support business development efforts including client outreach and lead follow-ups
• Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients as needed
• Maintain and update CRM systems and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications

:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal & written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service, office coordination, or business development
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 per year
