We are looking for a dynamic and organized bilingual professional to join our team as an Office & Customer Support / Business Development Associate. This role blends customer service, administrative support, and light business development duties, perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming customer inquiries and ensure prompt, professional support * Assist with general office operations and coordination * Support business development efforts including client outreach and lead follow-ups * Translate and communicate with Spanish-speaking clients as needed * Maintain and update CRM systems and documentation * Assist with scheduling, logistics, and other administrative tasks Qualifications: * Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal & written) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in customer service, office coordination, or business development * Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively * Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * Are you fluent is Spanish?
