We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our inside sales team. Precision Tools Service, Inc. specializes in Metric Tools, Machine Tools & MRO within the manufacturing environment. We support a positive, enthusiastic approach to sales and servicing the customer, with our motto being "Customer Comes First". Job Duties: * Enter sales orders accurately and in a timely manner * Place purchase orders with vendors for non-stock and stock items * Expedite and track order shipments * Support sales staff to obtain quotes from vendors * Review open orders reports on a weekly basis and expedite with vendors where appropriate * Resolve problems for customers and return customer calls promptly * Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time * Communicate with outside sales staff regarding customer inquiries, quotes and orders * Stock management * All other task as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Self-motivated and results oriented * Willing and able to work independently and as part of a team * Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Monthly bonus * Performance bonus * Quarterly bonus Ability to Commute: * Columbus, IN 47201 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Columbus, IN 47201: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
