Description: Role Definition: Underwrites commercial lines business accounts for member agencies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support agents across Iowa with their daily client transactions
• Quote, prepare proposals and renew business across multiple carriers
• Assist agents with product support and training
• Support internal departmental products, services and goals
• Personal Lines experience is good. Commercial Lines experience is great.

Requirements

: Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Required Work Experience: Three to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technology Skills: Computer, Excel, Word, EPIC software a plus Required Skills or traits for the position: Self motivated, trustworthy, time management, prioritize workload Specialized Training/Certifications: Iowa P&C commercial and personal lines license
