Position Overview: Northgate Construction is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our growing team! This commission-based contractor position offers unlimited earning potential with a competitive 10% commission structure. You'll be responsible for daily travel to homeowners' properties to offer our roofing and home improvement services, with weekly travel to our office in Canton, MI for team meetings and training. Key Responsibilities: * Travel daily to homeowners' homes across Southeast Michigan to discuss and sell Northgate Construction's roofing and home improvement services * Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals * Utilize training and resources to educate homeowners on our services and solutions * Build relationships with potential clients to establish long-term business opportunities * Follow up with leads and provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process * Attend weekly meetings at the Canton office for training and updates Requirements: * Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for sales and a drive to succeed * Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment * Must be comfortable with daily travel and visiting clients' homes * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively * Sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right individual * Strong communication and customer service skills * Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Benefits: * 10% commission-based pay structure with the potential to earn $150,000 - $350,000 per year * Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales incentives * Company car available based on sales performance * Flexible schedule with weekends and holidays off * Job-side training to help you succeed in the role How to Apply: If you are self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to take on a rewarding sales role, apply now!
