Are you an experienced, high performing roofing sales representative, looking for a better opportunity. Join a LOCAL, established exterior company with a strong reputation. We are looking to build our roofing department and looking for a high performing sales rep to get in early in the program and take advantage of first in on the roofing leads and building a client base. Do NOT miss this opportunity. You will be responsible for estimating, meeting with adjusters and selling our services, both cash and insurance contracts. We will schedule the sales calls and offer flexible work hours that is compliant with the schedule you provide. We encourage you to prospect for new clients, especially in a hail storm. We have the office support to keep you selling! We will schedule the crew, order the materials and handle billing with insurance! Responsibilities * Present, promote and sell products/services using educational selling strategies * Build Xactimate proposals for insurance contracts and negotiate with insurance companies/adjusters * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs * Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Nurture client relationships through pre-construction meetings and post-construction follow up Skills * Proven work experience as a ROOFING sales representative * Familiarity with CRM systems * Construction experience- selling, general contracting or field experience all apply * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Fluency with technology * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Job Types: Contract, Full-time Pay: Margin split - 40% to sales / 60% to company Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Compensation Package: * 1099 contract * Commission only * Performance bonus * Quarterly bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Centennial, CO 80112 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Centennial, CO 80112: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Centennial, CO 80112
