We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us expand our reach, strengthen our client relationships, and support our advisors through innovative marketing and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain prospects, new clients, and existing clients.
• Execute and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email, and paid ads.
• Assist financial advisors in developing personalized marketing and outreach strategies tailored to their client base.
• Coordinate and manage social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring regular, professional, and engaging content.
• Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations (PowerPoint), newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
• Maintain CRM systems and contribute to a smooth, consistent client experience.
• Collaborate with advisors to support client education events, webinars, and seminars.

Qualifications

:

• Preferred: Licensed in Life Insurance and Securities (FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 65/66).
• Experience: 3+ years in a sales and/or marketing role within the financial services industry.
• Proven success in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs (Redtail, Sales Force, HubSpot), and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills. What We Offer:
