Job Title: Account Manager at Unified Fleet Services Location: Hybrid Role - Office in South Salt Lake, UT Job Summary: Unified Fleet Services offers flexible vehicle and equipment leasing for government and non-profits. We are looking for a team player who is results- driven and detail-oriented to join as an Account Manager to manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of fleet services while identifying opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and their fleets. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. * Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and services according to customer requirements and company standards. * Prepare and present account performance reports and forecasts to clients and internal teams. * Resolve client issues and complaints quickly and effectively. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales/marketing, operations) to optimize the client experience. * Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and help drive upselling and cross-selling. * Monitor client health and satisfaction metrics using CRM tools and other systems. * Manage account contracts, renewals, and service-level agreements. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or similar role. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., [please apply online] HubSpot). * Ability to understand client needs and provide strategic solutions. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Experience in Government, Automotive, Finance. * Experience managing multiple accounts of varying sizes. * Project management or customer success certifications.
