Prior powersports sales experience is a huge plus but not absolutely required * A familiarity with power sports including but not limited to Arctic Cat and Polaris * A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory * A willingness to cold-call customers and to develop leads * Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential * Valid driver's license * Good driving record * Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
