If so, we want to hear from you. We're seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented, and independent Sales & Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of government bidding--sourcing products, pricing competitively, and helping us secure winning contracts.

What You'll Do

:

• Track down niche products and suppliers with a detective-like approach.
• Analyze pricing, lead times, and margins to craft competitive bids.
• Navigate government procurement platforms to submit accurate, time-sensitive quotes.
• Leverage online marketplaces, supplier directories, and industry databases to stay ahead of the competition.
• Prioritize speed and precision--every second and every dollar counts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, procurement, sourcing, or government bidding (preferred).
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
• US Citizenship.
• Strong online research skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) is non-negotiable.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with government procurement platforms.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary ($40K-$60K, depending on experience)
• Generous commission (3-10% of net profit on wins)
