State of the art selling process shortens the transaction time to purchase a car in half the time.Every Sales Associate is assigned a finance manager who assists in completing the pre-qualification and final qualification quickly allowing you to focus on the customer. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Understanding CRM system for lead management. * Listing of vehicles on social media platforms, sorting through leads and engaging with clients. * Be the expert. Build relationships. You are responsible for creating customers for life. * Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Complete quotes, follow up with buyers, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions including running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork. * Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. REQUIREMENTS: * Available to work flexible hours & weekends (A MUST!) * Bilingual (A MUST!) * Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance. * Clean driving record. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience with Sales experience in the following fields: automotive sales, customerservice, real estate, business development or marketing is preferred but not required. * First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to build rapport with charisma or communicate with conviction when needed. * Organized, ability to multi-task, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time management and prioritization skills are essential.
