Job Summary: As our Sales Consultant and Estimator, you'll be the face of our company, delivering value and solutions to our customers. This role requires strong ownership, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit. Your success will be measured by meeting sales goals, providing accurate estimates, and supporting our overall company objectives. What You 'll Do: * Take ownership of measuring, estimating, and selling all assigned opportunities. * Respond promptly to new customer estimate requests. * Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions from our product offerings. * Ensure precise measurement and documentation of roof data and estimate calculations. * Collaborate with the sales manager on planning and logistics. * Keep your notes, photos, and information updated in our CRM system. * Provide valuable feedback on sales and marketing challenges. * Process all required documentation when a job is sold. * Ensure correct invoicing and billing information for our accounting team. * Liaise between customers and the roofing operations team for seamless installations. * Review completed jobs and offer feedback for continuous improvement. * Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all settings. * Keep your workspace, including the office and vehicle, tidy. * Continuously improve your selling and negotiation skills. * Handle customer issues from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction. * Follow up with customers post-installation to ask for referrals and feedback. * Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on pending opportunities. * Generate sales leads beyond company marketing efforts. Requirements: * Ability to set up ladders and climb roofs up to a 6/12 pitch. * Computer literacy and proficiency with CRM systems. * Strong communication skills with customers, the office, and crew. * Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving mindset. * Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer needs. * Always available and responsive to customer inquiries.
