Job Description

: We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Sales Support Clerk. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry, sales order processing, and overall administrative support. Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks is a plus. This role is key to supporting the smooth operation of our sales and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Accurately enter data into Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
• Process and manage sales orders in a timely and efficient manner via QuickBooks.
• Purchase LTL freight and coordinate shipment arrangements for the client.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve order and customer-related issues.
• Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist the Director of Operations in reconciling actual stock with inventory records.

Qualifications

:

• Detail-oriented, patient, and skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Handle multiple tasks while prioritizing accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent work experience; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
