As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic team member to support our office and sales operations. What We're Looking For * Flexible & Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and switch gears easily. * Detail-Oriented : Accuracy matters--whether you're logging voicemails or updating inventory data. * Team Player : Ready to collaborate with both office staff and sales teams. * Strong Communication Skills : Comfortable speaking with customers, routing phone calls, and conveying clear information. Key Responsibilities * Phone & Communication * Promptly answer incoming calls and route them to the right department. * Accurately capture voicemails and forward messages to the proper staff members. * Provide friendly, informative service to callers and walk-in customers Data Entry & Organization * Enter new inventory data into our system. * Maintain updated records for consignments, customer details, and other essential information. * Keep the office neat and ensure supplies are well-stocked. Support Sales & Operations * Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate inventory listings and consignment details. * Aid in general office tasks as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly. Social Media Assistance (Bonus) * Contribute ideas for social media posts that highlight new inventory and dealership updates. * Potentially assist with creating content for platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
