Full description of the position

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commissioner to lead our organization in achieving its strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on B2B environments, and have the ability to effectively manage accounts while driving growth through innovative sales strategies. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth. * Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. * Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities. * Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions that meet client needs. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Engage in both outside and inside sales activities to maximize outreach and client engagement. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for the organization. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Experience * Proven experience in technical sales or account management within a B2B context is preferred. * Familiarity with software solutions relevant to the industry is advantageous. * Strong skills in upselling, negotiation, and closing deals are essential. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes. * A track record of success in both inside and outside sales roles is highly desirable.
