The AT&T Sales Associate will have the chance to build strong relationships with business owners, to offer them custom tailored solutions that improve the efficiency of their businesses in and outs. The AT&T Sales Associate will have a focus on sales, client relationships, account management, and will be an expert of technology services. The AT&T Sales Associate will have the ability to answer all service inquiries about products and be knowledgeable on promotions. The AT&T Sales Associate will also maintain relationships to create longevity and new business acquisitions. AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Engage with potential clients and business owners to introduce AT&T's products and service that will best fit their desired needs to find a solution for their services * Learn the proven sales techniques to ensure a seamless sales experience so that customer knows exactly what they are going to be receiving and when to expect the delivery * Utilize our clients service guidebook, compliance policy and product knowledge expertise to drive sales to expand the service deliberately * Drive sales initiatives by working with businesses to see if they are eligible for the service * Have clear communication and actively listen to match all services with their telecommunication requirements Qualifications of the AT &T Sales Associate Role: * Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to take initiative * Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Self motivated with a positive mindset * Professionally communicate with customers while having the ability to maintain customer accounts accurately Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,334.91 - $4,016.23 per month Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: On the road
