: We are a dynamic multiline insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service and comprehensive insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team and support our office manager/receptionist in daily operations.

Job Description

: As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Covering lunch breaks for the office manager/receptionist
• Answering phones and taking messages
• Scheduling appointments for the insurance agent
• Supporting the office manager/receptionist in various administrative tasks In addition to these duties, you will be expected to contribute to our sales goals by bringing in at least 3 new accounts or generating 15 quotes per month.

Requirements

:

• Property/Casualty insurance license preferred; if not licensed, must obtain the license within 90 days of employment
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Sales experience and a money-motivated attitude
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
