As we continue to expand our footprint in the U.S. market, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Leader to drive growth, build customer relationships, and lead high-performing sales teams across the region. Role Summary The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading sales teams, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and scaling revenue within the solar/renewable energy sector. This role will oversee daily operations, build strategic partnerships, and drive aggressive sales targets while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the U.S. market, aligned with global business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, streamline processes, and ensure performance metrics are consistently achieved
- Identify and cultivate key relationships with utility, commercial, and residential developers, EPCs, and channel partners
- Drive new business development initiatives and grow existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value
- Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and provide insights to optimize positioning and pricing
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to lead localized campaigns and virtual/physical client engagements
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and regional forums
- Monitor and report on quarterly KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline health to leadership Key
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in solar/PV module sales or renewable energy business development
- Proven ability to drive double-digit growth and exceed regional sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills
- Experience with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales analytics
- Knowledge of U.S. solar regulations, incentives (ITC, state-level), and procurement practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
