About the job The New Business Account Manager plays a crucial role in working with customers who are seeking auto or home insurance quotes and providing options that help educate and meet the customer's needs. The specialist will work with our New Acquisition Team to learn and implement proven strategies that ensure business growth. Responsibilities Include * No Prospecting or Lead Generation: Yes, you read that correctly. Leads are generated from our Marketing Department and filtered directly to the New Acquistion Team for prompt follow-up. On average, you will receive 3-4 new real time Google Pd search leads per day. * Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects by phone, text, or email to learn their insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations (mostly personal auto, home, and renters insurance quotes). * Sales Presentations : Present insurance proposals and services to prospects highlighting benefits, value, competitive pricing, and local service. * Sales Strategy Development: Learn, practice, and "buy-in" to our proven methods that become easily repeatable and can lead to quick success.
