Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and energetic individual to join our team as a Refrigeration Sales, Design, and Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, creating customized refrigeration designs, and providing exceptional support to our clients throughout the entire sales cycle. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue sales opportunities for refrigeration products and services within assigned territories. * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored refrigeration solutions. * Create comprehensive design proposals and layouts using industry-specific software/tools. * Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders. * Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and advancements in refrigeration technology. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Proven experience in sales, design, or technical support within the refrigeration industry. * Proficiency in using design software/tools for refrigeration systems (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). * Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, equipment, and components. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
