Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Sales & Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in sales, business development, account management, and customer service. You will play a key role in generating leads, managing client relationships, estimating project costs, and ensuring excellent customer service. The program consist of 3 - 4 rotational assignments over a 12-18 month period, culminating in placement in a functional role in business development or account manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Sales and Business Development * Identify and engage potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. * Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals. * Schedule and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. * Maintain a strong understanding of company products/services to effectively communicate value to clients. * Account Management and Customer Service * Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support. * Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions to drive satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery. * Estimating and Proposal Development * Assist in preparing accurate estimates and price quotes for customers. * Review project requirements and specifications to determine costs and pricing strategies. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure competitive and profitable proposals. * Administrative and CRM Management * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in CRM software. * Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. * Support the development of marketing materials, sales presentations, and promotional campaigns. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. * Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. * Experience in data analytics and database management is a plus. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or estimating is beneficial but not required.
