Overview

: As our Office Assistant / Salesperson, you'll be the friendly voice behind the phone, the go-to person for coordinating moving inquiries, and an important team member helping us grow through partnerships and community connections. Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and helping them book moving services
• Entering customer details and notes into our CRM system
• Following up on leads and checking in with previous inquiries
• Reaching out to local businesses and organizations to build referral relationships
• Using tools like Google Workspace , ChatGPT , and CRM software to stay productive and organized
• Supporting the team with light administrative tasks when needed What We 're Looking For:
• Someone with great communication and people skills
• Comfortable using modern technology and AI tools (like ChatGPT, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Reliable home internet and the ability to work both remotely and from our Solon, Ohio office
• Previous customer service, office, or sales experience is helpful
