The Role: Client Care Team Member Location: Tampa, FL (near Tampa Airport)

Compensation

: Starting at $18/hour , with top performers earning $30+/hour through commissions & spiffs. Schedule: Flexible shifts, including rotating weekends/on-call opportunities for additional earnings. Your Mission: Convert inbound calls into booked appointments using our proven scripts --but with passion, energy, and a sales-driven mindset. Make outbound sales calls to past customers and leads, promoting specials, memberships, and premium services.
