Duties

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients through effective account management and customer service.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and generate reports.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales initiatives. Experience
