As a Hotel Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our company goals. Duties * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company objectives and sales targets. * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that enhance market penetration and customer acquisition. * Foster strong relationships with key clients through effective account management and customer service. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance, manage leads, and generate reports. * Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance. * Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales initiatives. Experience * Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a track record of success in driving revenue growth. * Strong skills in account management, customer service, negotiation, and business development. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. * Experience in outside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
