We are looking for a Top-performing Call Center Rep to join our team. We generate leads and set up appointments for RECRUITERS. We are a marketing company that specializes in helping Insurance Companies find and recruit licensed insurance agents. The insurance industry is very stable and is expanding. Responsibilities

• Outbound calls, in volume, to licensed insurance advisors.
• Engage advisors professionally
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and set up appointments
• Keep records of all conversations in our system
• Set a great example for the team, bring positivity and A-game to work
• Meet production quotas and quality control targets Core Values and Skills Required

• We require previous experience with phone sales - we need a top performer
• Track record of performance and getting along with others
