• Knock doors in local residential neighborhoods
• Use our proven pitch strategy
• Book confirmed appointments and communicate with the internal team as needed during training
• Track and report daily results
• Work collaboratively with internal team members including Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, and Technicians during onboarding and uptraining Flexible Schedule & Lifestyle:
• Work just 4 hours a day (morning, afternoon, or a mix--you choose)
• Earn full-time income with part-time hours
• Set your own schedule (just communicate with the team)
• The better your performance, the faster you grow into leadership roles with higher pay Trial Day Requirement: All candidates must complete a 1-day trial before being hired:
• $50 flat pay only if you secure at least 1 confirmed appointment
• Final details are shared with candidates who pass the first phase of screening
• Your performance on this day will determine your starting hourly pay: $20-$25/hr What We Provide:

• Experience in Sales
• High energy, excellent communication, and a confident, coachable mindset
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Must be able to work independently without needing supervision
