Job Summary The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be a key contact between our company and its current & potential customers. This position involves contacting new potential clients, setting appointments, business referrals, and working closely with outside sales representatives to provide a pathway to dealership contracts. Must be very energetic, well-spoken, have an ability to get commitments based on interest, and eager to increase revenue. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Setting appointments for outside Territory Managers * Activations/Reactivations of customer contracts * Consistently meet set activity metrics * Consistently manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls * Follow set communication talk tracks when handling different topics * Identify dealership needs, clarify information, and clearly communicate important next steps * Quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone * Attend and actively participate in individual and team training * Meet all company assigned goals * Perform other duties as assigned WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * Setting appointments for outside Territory Managers * Activations/Reactivations of customer contracts * Consistently meet set activity metrics * Consistently manage large amounts of outbound and inbound calls * Follow set communication talk tracks when handling different topics Identify dealership needs, clarify information, and clearly communicate important next steps * Quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone * Attend and actively participate in individual and team training * Meet all company assigned goals PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and want to be part of a team that values excellence, we invite you to apply today at NVP Warranty!
