• Supervise day-to-day activities and field teams across one or more skilled trades
• Hire, train, and lead team members
• Develop and promote a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance
• Conduct team and individual performance reviews
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Manage customer requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Lead safety training initiatives for team members Who you are:
• 1-5 years of management experience preferred
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team
