We're reinventing the way online marketplaces work - bringing the best of ecommerce, marketplaces, search, price comparison, data and traditional retail together into one user-friendly package so our customers can find, buy and sell their outdoor gear like never before. We're venture funded and growing quickly. Who we 're looking for: Out&Back is looking to welcome Warehouse Associate Contractor to our team. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the person in this position will take on a critical role in helping customers find great gear! This person would also assist with operational aspects of events. This job is in-person and based at our main office/warehouse in Denver CO. Responsibilities: * Communicate with customers to determine merchandise needs * Greet customers * Organize and merchandise the selling floor * Process sales transactions The ideal candidate: -works hard, is calm under pressure, and is reliable -Has great communication skills and can manage stressful situations without assistance -Is incredibly detail-oriented, punctual and well organized -Works independently and takes initiative and ownership without being prompted -Is an outdoor enthusiast and loves the brands and products that power the industry Requirements: * 1 year in a previous retail experience * Excellent verbal communication * Ability to prioritize and multi-task * Maintain a positive attitude * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Identify priorities with a sense of urgency * Legal right to work in the United States without a company-sponsored visa * Ability to lift 55 lbs. repetitively, stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal, Contract Pay: $18.29 - $18.50 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift Ability to Commute: * Denver, CO 80205 (Required) Work Location: In person
