Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and build relationships with major department channels and key retailers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for new channels.
• Manage sales targets and analyze performance for assigned channels.
• Plan and implement customized promotions for each channel.
• Maintain smooth communication and collaboration with channel partners.
• Monitor market and competitor trends.

Qualifications

:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience: New graduate or 1-2 years of experience (relevant experience preferred)
• Essential Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding of the retail or distribution channel.
• Experience in sales and business development.
• Fluency in English Employment Conditions:
