If you have experience in private U65 insurance sales and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is the opportunity for you! What You 'll Do: * Engage with inbound live transfers and consumer-initiated calls * Follow a structured script to ensure compliance and consistency * Close 10-25 deals per week , maximizing commissions * Maintain punctuality and a disciplined work ethic * Transition from outbound calls (during training) to 100% inbound live transfers What We 're Looking For: * Experience in private U65 insurance sales * Athletes preferred for their coachability and discipline * Licensure preferred (but not required if a strong fit) * Highly coachable and adaptable individuals * Strong work ethic and professional attitude Compensation & Benefits: * Base pay of $500 per week * 25% commission on core sales, 60% on ancillary products * Experienced agents: 35% core, 70% ancillary * $200 bonus at 15 deals * Average weekly earnings: $800 -$1,500 * Top performers earn $2,000 -$3,000 per week * Growth opportunities with clear advancement paths Why Join Us?
