If you have experience in private U65 insurance sales and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is the opportunity for you! What You 'll Do:

• Engage with inbound live transfers and consumer-initiated calls
• Follow a structured script to ensure compliance and consistency
• Close 10-25 deals per week , maximizing commissions
• Maintain punctuality and a disciplined work ethic
• Transition from outbound calls (during training) to 100% inbound live transfers What We 're Looking For:
• Experience in private U65 insurance sales
• Athletes preferred for their coachability and discipline
• Licensure preferred (but not required if a strong fit)
• Highly coachable and adaptable individuals
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude

:

• Base pay of $500 per week
• 25% commission on core sales, 60% on ancillary products
• Experienced agents: 35% core, 70% ancillary
• $200 bonus at 15 deals
• Average weekly earnings: $800 -$1,500
