An established national leader in outsourced services is seeking a driven and strategic Vice President, Sales and Business Development to join its expanding regional team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor, field-based sales role focused on identifying new client opportunities, presenting custom solutions, and driving profitable growth within a defined territory. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, strategic networking, and referrals.
- Present service-based solutions to senior decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to craft pricing models and close deals.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to maximize brand exposure and opportunity generation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, responses to RFPs/RFQs, and sales reports.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate records in CRM tools. What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (service industry experience a major plus).
- Strong presentation, negotiation skills with executive-level audiences, and closing skills.
- Tenacity, professionalism, and adaptability.
